IPL 2021 SRH vs KKR 3rd Match Preview: Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders will face in the third match of the IPL 2021 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

SRH have performed better than KKR in the recent years of IPL. They have qualified for the playoffs in each of the seasons in the last 5 years.

SRH won the IPL title for the first time in 2016, and they were runners-up in 2018. On the other hand, KKR ended up at the fifth spot in the points table both times in the last 2 years.

They have clashed in 19 IPL matches of which 12 have been won by KKR, while SRH have emerged victorious in the remaining 7 games. These two sides clashed in the second qualifier of IPL 2018 where SRH registered a victory by 14 runs.

The SRH skipper had sought tips to spend time in quarantine. But would not be bereft of ideas when he matces wits against Eoin MOrgan of KKR when the two teams kick off their campaign of Sunday.

SRH is the only team in IPL that has qualified for the playoffs in each of the seasons in the last 5 years.

Sunrisers Hyderabad takes on Kolkata Knight Riders on what is being called the Super Sunday. The match would be played at the MA. Chidambaram Stadium.

The average first innings score in IPL at this stadium is 163 runs. Both sides are well-balanced and hence a mouthwatering clash is expected.

The pitch is expected to offer spin and both sides have quality spinners. Chasing will be preferred in Chennai as dew might come into play in the second innings.
